- Example: You wake up thinking, “This day is going to be stressful.” Your brain starts scanning for proof—you subconsciously look for stress and, surprise, surprise…that’s exactly what you find.
2) Emotions: The Fuel That Amplifies or Dampens Your Energy
Once a thought takes hold, it generates an emotional response.
- A stressful thought triggers frustration, tension, or anxiety. A supportive thought creates ease, confidence, and flow.
- Emotions aren’t just internal experiences—they shape your body’s chemistry, your tone of voice and body language, your vibe, and through those, the way others respond to you.
3) Actions: The Visible Outcomes of Your Internal State
Your emotions dictate how you show up in the world.
- If you’re in doubt, you hesitate, procrastinate, or play small. You take the path that’s in your comfort zone, even when that’s a terrible place to be.
- If you feel aligned, you take inspired action, connect, and create momentum. You move forward on the path to where you want to be.
Your actions don’t come out of nowhere—they are an extension of your emotional state, which was first triggered by a thought.
4) Energy: The Overall Vibration You Project & Point of Attraction
By the time you’ve cycled through thought → emotion → action, you’ve set your energetic frequency for the day without even realizing it.
- This is the vibe you project to others, the universe, and, most importantly, yourself.
- It determines whether you attract synchronicities or reinforce your limitations.
- Over time, this loop conditions your subconscious to expect more of the same, making your current reality feel inevitable and unchangeable—even when it isn’t.
The Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

Guess what? Your subconscious mind is obsessed with being right. It craves certainty so much that it will put you through literal hell just to prove itself correct. If it believes life is hard, it will filter out opportunities, amplify struggles, and make sure you gather plenty of “proof” to back that up.
The more evidence you collect, the more deeply attached your mind gets to recreating that outcome—whether it’s serving you or not.

Because this plays out in one of two ways:
