The wonders of 2022’s energies!

I hope this finds you with a heart overflowing with the blessings and expansion this season has to offer.

Across traditions, the energies of the solstice and the new year are a shared experience. One of reflecting on blessings, expressing love, compassion, and generosity, as well as seeding new aspirations and desires for the new season to come.

Before you jump headfirst into 2022, take a breath and allow yourself to celebrate and be grateful for the blessings and the teachings the year has brought. Take stock of the beautiful moments, the planned and unplanned achievements, and the growth you have experienced, both big and small.

As you look back, it is a powerful time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and look within to explore what held you back and what supported your expansion.

You are at choice as to what you bring forward and what you let go

2022 is a year 6. I’m no numerologist, but If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve caught on that I am deeply fascinated by the full spectrum of workings of our Universe in the realm of spirit, science, energy, and consciousness.

This is what I’m being guided to share as to its significance. This time marks the completion of a 9-year cycle, and the energies to build a strong foundation for the cycle to come are abundant. Strengthen your foundations in integrity with your heart, your truest values, and deepest desires. You will feel an undeniable draw for you to step into your most authentic expression.

There is potent energy here for your use, don’t leave it on the table! Set yourself up with a good solid foundation.

Year 6 is related to responsibility, but the energy that I am feeling is very different than the collective’s old rigid definition of the word.

It is calling you to claim your power to create your reality, to take ownership of your life, and to be in integrity with your heart and your divine purpose. It is time for you to OWN the truth of who you are, an unlimited soul having a human experience. A spark of the Divine embodied in the material world.

Themes for the year

Relationships are also a prominent theme for the year to come. When paired with the energy of foundations and new beginnings, that means taking responsibility and being committed to improving the relationship with SELF. All other relationships mirror and stem from the one you have with yourself and the level of harmony you have in your inner world. Your inner work naturally facilitates and catalyzes powerful change in your outer world. In my opinion, that is the most efficient use of the law of cause and effect. (Or as Dr. Joe Dispenza would say, in his rascally way: “cause AN effect”.)

Now is the time for you to show up in your most authentic expression living your life’s purpose!

Try this meditation

This month, on News for the Soul Radio, I was guided to share a powerful meditation that guides you to your inner junction point where all aspects of you interconnect. It’s the perfect way to capitalize on 2022’s energies.

I call it the Sacred Soul Space. It is your inner sanctuary, a space where all aspects of you are supported for the purpose of inner collaboration, cooperation, and community. It is a powerful space to access your inner wisdom and deep healing.

The meditation itself is about 35-40 mins long, set some time aside for yourself, find a comfy spot and make your way to your sacred space to commune with your inner world.

All the answers you seek are within you; learn to listen.

• How can I feel more supported and satisfied in my purpose?
• How can I feel more excited about the positive impact I am uniquely bringing into the world?

• Is there room to allow more feelings of joy, freedom, and purpose into my experience?

• What is possible for me to create in my highest timeline for 2022?
• What is ready for me to heal and let go of so that I can expand further?
